Ingredients

Boneless chicken,chopped in dice size 300 gr
MAGGI MAGIC LEZAT 1 tsp
wheat flour 1 cup
cornstarch ½ cup
egg 1
Butter 4 tbs (50 gr)
chopped garlic 3 slices
curry leaf 1 stalk
chopped red chillies 3 pcs
boiled salted eggs, mashed 3 pcs
evaporated milk 1 cup
water ½ cup
MAGGI MAGIC LEZAT 1 tbs

How to Prepare

1 Mix chopped boneless chicken with 1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC LEZAT
2 In separate bowl, mix wheat flour and cornstarch.
3 Mix well 1 egg in separate bowl
4 Heat the oil
5 Dip the chicken into the flour mixture, then dip it back into the flour
6 Fry until golden yellow. Then lift and drain
7 Preheat the pan and put all ingredients B in, Saute until fragrant, then add ingredients C, and wait until boiling. Last, mix the sauce mixture with fried chicken.
8 Salted Egg Chicken ready to serve
