corn oil 1 tbs
beef, chopped in dice size 35 gr
wheat flour 1 tbs
onion, chopped in dice size 1 pc
garlic 10 pcs
oregano 1 tsp
thyme 1 tsp
bay leaf 2 sheets
paprika powder 2 tsp
water 600 ml
tomato paste 1 tbs
tomato sauce ¼ cup
potato, chopped in dice size 100 gr
red and green paprika, diced 100 gr
diced carrots 50 gr
celery 50 gr
MAGGI Chicken Powder 1 tsp

How to Prepare

1 Mix beef and wheat flour. Saute until half cooked, set aside.
2 In the same fry pan, stir onion, garlic, oregano, bay leaf, thyme, and paprika powder, and add chopped beef.
3 Add water, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and stir well until cooked.
4 After boiling,add chopped potatp, paprika, carrot, celery and rest it for 15 minutes
5 Add MAGGI Chicken Powder
6 Stir well, leave for 10 minutes with small heat until soup become thick. Finally, beef stew is ready to serve
