About Cooking Demo Kitchen
The Cooking Demo Kitchen area present the range of unique food and beverage solution made from Nestlé Professional products. This demo will dish up a variety of menus, which will be presented by a professional chef and mixologist. Customers can get access to see, interact, consult and get insights about products and recipes from Nestlé Professional Indonesia team.
About Full Senses Theatre
Full Senses Theatre is an indulgent total food sensory experience with elements that involve human senses; sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste.
Chef Toby Libarnes - Advisory Chef Nestlé Professional Indonesia will present the session with molecular gastronomic techniques.
The menu are Seafood Spinach Soup, Tenderloin with Mushroom Risotto, and Fruit Panna Cotta served with Red Dragon drinks, NESCAFÉ Frappe and Sparkling Mango Apple creations.
About Channel Area
The Channel Area represents the existence of products and solutions offered by Nestlé Professional for businesses such as full service restaurants, quick restaurants, offices, hotels and cafés. This will make customers easier to experience they become Nestlé business partners. Customers can also taste special creation recipes that are only served during FHI 2019.
