Harvest Gourmet Schnitzel Japanese Curry. Gourmet Harvest Schnitzel, Soy & wheat based slices coated in breadcrumbs give a crunchy taste on the outside and a real meaty taste.

Ingredients
  • 40 grams Oil, corn and canola
  • 70 grams Onions, raw
    Diced
  • 4 grams Garlic, raw
    Chopped
  • 30 grams Wheat flour, whole-grain
  • 18.90 grams Spices, curry powder
  • 590 grams Beverages, water, tap, drinking
  • 161 grams Apples, raw, without skin
    Finely chopped
  • 61 grams Carrots, raw
    Roughly cut
  • 1 Unit Potatoes, raw, skin
    Cut into dice
Preparation

    Heat a cooking oil. Fry the yellow onion, garlic until fragrant and browned.

    Add curry spices and wheat flour, mix well.

    Slowly add in water while mixing well. Add apple, vegetarian seasoning, carrot, potatoes, MAGGI Tomato Ketchup and light soy sauce. Let it simmer until the potatoes and carrots are tender.
