  • 4 pieces of Burger Bread
    cut in half
  • 200 grams Lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
    cut in half
  • 182 grams Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    sliced into circles
  • 100 grams Cucumber, with peel, raw
    sliced into circles
  • 4 slices Cheese, low-sodium, cheddar or colby
  • 40 grams Butter, without salt
  • 240 grams Onions, raw
    sliced
  • 100 grams Pineapple, raw, all varieties
    blended
  • 9.45 grams Spices, curry powder
  • 2.30 grams Spices, paprika
  • 140 grams Yogurt, Greek, plain, lowfat
Preparation

    Melt the butter, fry the onions until browned over low heat. Add the pineapple, continue fry until dry.

    Add curry powder and paprika powder. Fry until well cooked.

    Add Greek yogurt and mix well. Set it aside.
