450 grams Minced Meat (Topside)

300 grams Tapioca flour

5 grams Baking Soda

200 milligrams water

25 grams Maggi Beef Powder

2 grams White Pepper Powder

10 grams Garlic

8 grams Red Fried Onion

30 grams Maggi Beef Powder

5 grams Fried Shallot

10 grams Sliced Leeks

10 grams Iris Celery
Preparation

1Prepare all the ingredients.

2Blend the garlic, shallots, ground white pepper, Maggi Beef Powder, a little cooking oil.

3Mix the tapioca flour with the water in a container, adding the pre-prepared minced meat, baking soda and ground spices.

4Boil 7-liters water until it boils, and if it is boiling, cook over a medium heat.

5Shape the meatball dough by hand and spoon, make a ball shape, then boil until the meatball mixture floats to the surface, doing so until all the meatball mixture runs out.

6When all is done, add the meatball broth seasoning and serve with complementary ingredients.
