50 grams MAGGI Seasoning

30 grams Sweet Pears (grated)

20 grams Sesame Oil

150 grams Rice

1 gram Sesame seeds
Preparation

11. Mix all the marinade ingredients until well mixed.

2Slice the onions and leeks.

3Mix sliced leek and onion with marinade seasoning and put in the beef slice. Leave the beef bulgogi in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

4Add the oil and sauté the bulgogi beef until caramelized.

5Serve with carrot (matchsticks) and rice
