Korean-style Sautéed Beef

Ingredients
  • 500 grams Beef Slice (2mm)
  • 50 grams Onions
  • 30 grams Carrots
  • 10 grams Leeks
  • 50 grams MAGGI Seasoning
  • 30 grams Sweet Pears (grated)
  • 30 grams Sugar
  • 30 grams Garlic
  • 20 grams Sesame Oil
  • 150 grams Rice
  • 1 gram Sesame seeds

    1. Mix all the marinade ingredients until well mixed.

    Slice the onions and leeks.

    Mix sliced leek and onion with marinade seasoning and put in the beef slice. Leave the beef bulgogi in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

    Add the oil and sauté the bulgogi beef until caramelized.
  • 5
    Serve with carrot (matchsticks) and rice
