400 grams Fried Chicken Flour

100 milligrams Cold Water

75 grams Red Cayenne Pepper

200 grams Red Curly Chili

100 grams Garlic

50 grams Sugar

25 grams Maggi Magic Lezat

100 milligrams Cooking oil

600 grams Rice

1 ounce Cucumber

1 ounce Lettuce
Preparation

1Place the fried chicken in a mortar, crush or press the chicken with until the chicken is slightly crushed. Serve with rice, cucumber, and lettuce

2Mix Maggi Chicken Powder with water, stirring until dissolved and evenly distributed.

3Prepare a clean container to put the chicken, then pour a solution of Maggi Chicken Powder, marinate the chicken for 4 hours at a cooling temperature.

4Divide the fried chicken flour in 2 (two) different containers, 250 g and 50 g.

5Add the Coffee Mate to the 50g fried chicken flour, then dissolve with cold water, stirring until all mixed well.

6Dip the marinated chicken and floured with 250g of dry fried chicken flour.

7Heat the oil to 180°C and fry the chicken until crispy.

8Coarse red cayenne pepper, red curly chili, and garlic.

9Heat the oil and cook the Sambal Bawang until fragrant and cooked, seasoning with Maggi Magic Lezat and sugar.
