70 grams Maggi Oyster sauce

80 grams Honey

20 grams Brown sugar

5 grams Apple vinegar

6 grams Garlic

3 grams Ginger

200 milligrams Air

5 grams Corn starch

15 milligrams Maggi Liquid Seasoning

500 grams Chicken Fillet (Cube)

1Finely chop the garlic and ginger

2In a separate bowl, combine Honey, Brown Sugar, Maggi Oyster Sauce, Maggi Liquid Seasoning and Apple Vinegar and mix well.

3Heat the oil and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add the liquid mixture. Cook until boiling then let it simmer for about 2 minutes

4Mix the remaining water with the corn starch.

5Then put into the sauce (adjust the thickness as desired)

6Stir fry chicken fillet until caramelized then add sliced onions and teriyaki sauce
