Choco Crumble Donut Skewers
Ingredients
- Cakra Wheat Flour 254g
- Instant Yeast 8g
- Bread Improver (Bakerine Plus®) 10g
- Salt 10g
- Sugar 30g
- Egg 1 piece
- Fresh Milk 115ml
- Unsalted Butter 35g
- KITKAT® Spread 100g
- KITKAT® Crumble 50g
- Cooking Oil 1 liter
Preparation

1Mix all bread ingredients except KITKAT® Spread, knead in a bread mixer until smooth and elastic.

2Rest the dough then divide each piece into 12 g portions.

3Arrange the mini bites and let them rest for 30 minutes until they rise and are ready to fry.

4Prepare cooking oil, heat to 160–170°C, then fry the mini donuts for 1–2 minutes, remove and drain.

5Arrange on a serving plate then drizzle with KITKAT® Spread and sprinkle KITKAT® Crumble as topping.
