  • Cakra Wheat Flour 254g
  • Instant Yeast 8g
  • Bread Improver (Bakerine Plus®) 10g
  • Salt 10g
  • Sugar 30g
  • Egg 1 piece
  • Fresh Milk 115ml
  • Unsalted Butter 35g
  • KITKAT® Spread 100g
  • KITKAT® Crumble 50g
  • Cooking Oil 1 liter

    Mix all bread ingredients except KITKAT® Spread, knead in a bread mixer until smooth and elastic.

    Rest the dough then divide each piece into 12 g portions.

    Arrange the mini bites and let them rest for 30 minutes until they rise and are ready to fry.

    Prepare cooking oil, heat to 160–170°C, then fry the mini donuts for 1–2 minutes, remove and drain.

    Arrange on a serving plate then drizzle with KITKAT® Spread and sprinkle KITKAT® Crumble as topping.
