  • 1/2 cup Peanuts, all types, raw
    toasted and grounded
  • 37.80 grams Sugars, granulated
  • 35 grams Oil, corn and canola
  • 2 Stems Lemon grass (citronella), raw
    pounded
  • 4.80 grams Spices, onion powder
  • 3.10 grams Spices, garlic powder
  • 1.20 grams Spices, coriander leaf, dried
  • 4.80 grams Spices, cumin seed
  • 0.68 gram Spices, chili powder
  • 18.90 grams Sugars, granulated
  • 1/2 Unit Cucumber, with peel, raw
    roughly sliced
  • 55 grams Onions, raw
    cut into large pieces
Preparation

    Heat cooking oil, fry onion, garlic, galangal, lemongrass until dry.

    Add MAGGI® Sambal Tumis, saute until the oil is separated.

    Add the ground peanuts. Stir until dry.

    Add the diluted tamarind paste. Let it simmer.

    Add sugar. Simmer until the oil is separated.

    Combined cooking oil, pounded lemongrass and galangal, onion powder, garlic powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chili powder, MAGGI CukupRasa and sugar. Mix until well combined. Marinate on Harvest Gourmet ™ Chargrilled Pieces.
